Cake Mixing At Aditya Park Hotel Hyderabad

 



Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel ushered in the festive season with the traditional cake mixing ceremony held at Promenade Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Aditya Park Hotel at Hyderabad today. The city’s corporates along with their families, top management of hotel and staff actively participated in the cake mixing ceremony. Some 45 people, including Colonel Sundaram; Major Abhijeet; Dr Jangi Reddy of SBH; Mr. M. Lachi Reddy, GM-HR, Indian Immunologicals Ltd., etc took part in the ceremony.



Traditionally cake mixing ceremonies are family affairs, but to promote goodwill and camaraderie we are glad to invite our patrons and staff to take part in this activity and usher in the festive season said Mr. Pankaj Saxena, GM - Aditya Park.

Executive Chef Mr. Nagaraj and his team lined up an array of ingredients including dry fruits and nuts such as orange peel, ginger peel, cashew nuts, raisins, dates, cherries, figs, etc. and and range of spirits like brandy, rum, etc. and caramel colour. The ingredients used for the festive cakes are mixed with wine and liquor to facilitate better aroma and taste. The Promenade Multi Cuisine Restaurant was filled with an atmosphere of joy, laughter and excitement.

With gloved hands and a beaming smile, Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari, GM - Aditya Hometel said, “What better way to kick start the festivities than having a cake mixing ceremony. This heralds the celebrations for Christmas and New year.”

The first step is the process of mixing, formally called the ‘cake mixing ceremony’ which is believed to be a harbinger of good tidings and happiness, followed by a scrumptious dinner brought an end to the fun filled evening. (NSS)
