Kandireega movie review

Flop ‘Maska’ and utter flop ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ pushed hero Ram into a bad position. After a brief pause, Ram appeared today as ‘Kandireega’ in direction of Santosh Srinivas, produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. As there is negative news on ‘Dhada’ released yesterday, ‘Kandireega’ released today had the advantage. Let us see, how far Ram will utilize the season.

Story:
Seenu (Ram) is a workless, young smart guy in Anakapalli living as a burden to family and town dwellers. Cheaply treated by his maradalu (Swathi) in Pelli Choopulu for failing in Graduation, Srinu decides to go Hyderabad and join the college.

In college, Srinu falls in love with beautiful Shruti (Hansika Motwani), the love interest of notorious local don Bhavani (Sonu Sood). Truly Shruti is terrorized by the evil of Bhavani is waiting for a daring guy to come in her life and teach a lesson to Bhavani. Quickly Srinu takes charge of removing fears in Shruti and she falls in love. When Bhavani create ruckus to them, Srinu beats up all his men warning them not to interfere in his love story.

Warangal dada Rajanna (JP) taking the help of Bhavani abducts Shruti to see that Srinu comes to Warangal. All this is done because Rajanna’s daughter Sandhya (Aksha) is smitten Srinu’s dynamism during a train fight and desires to marry him. In search of Shruti, then comes Srinu to Warangal agreeing to marry Sandhya but given 10 days of time. A clever Srinu runs the entire story from here on sketching new plots where in Sandhya and Bhavani unknowingly fall in love. Where story goes from now, will Rajanna agree to give Sandhya for rowdy Bhavani, how Srinu accomplishes his love goal is rest ofmovie.

Performance:
This is single man show of Ram. His high energy levels and perfect action stunts are outstanding. In comedy scenes, he goes on rampant to deliver the right punch. Without any efforts, he speaks powerful dialogues with ease.

Hansika increased in weight is looking like a round cylinder same like Namitha. Her role is underplayed with hidden fear.

Aksha in Telangana slang entertained.

Sonu Sood got many shades of character and he is awesome. This is regular role for Jayaprakash Reddy. Comedy by Brahmanandam, srinivas Reddy, Chandramohan, MS, Raghu Babu worked out very well

Technically full credit to script and direction of Santosh Srinivas. He didn’t look like a fresher. He has good expertise in dealing comedy scenes like Srinu Vytla and action part like VV Vinayak. He is tough man of the show. Music by Thaman is entertaining in songs and background. Bellamkonda will get huge benefits with this film.

Analysis:
Kandireega is a film with non stop humor. Every frame is well drafted and intended to make audience laugh. Story might have got shades of Dhee, Ready, Brindavanam etc but Santosh srinivas did not any of the same bits. He added more of own flavor making the film thumping. Ram made audience enjoy thoroughly with out any lengthy story. Audiences ask for entertainment and if director provides them, picture will be always a hit. Kandireega is a routine movie with tons of humor. Enjoy this weekend without any doubts in mind booking your ticket for Kandireega.

Verdict:

Comedy formula clicks again at Box Office ending the hit famine in Tollywood. This Kandireega bite blasts your stomach with unending laughs.
