Dhanurmasam: Thousands Throng Yadagirigutta

On account of “Dhanurmasam”, thousands of devotees thronged the temple of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy at Yadagirigutta in Nalgonda district and performed special pujas for three days.
The women devotees worshipped Sri Goda Devi, adopted daughter of Sri Vishnuchitta since early morning. It has become a practice for the devotees since long to perform special pujas during the Telugu month of “Margasira”. The devotees strongly believe that they will have peaceful and harmonious life if they worshipped the “Goddess” during the month. (NSS)
